Our brief medical tourism process introduction:

The whole process is going to start by simply filling out the registration form or by making a toll-free phone call to 1-877-GMN-NETWORK to talk to one of the our friendly professional staff and we will take care of the rest.

In this phase, we will review your medical procedure requirements, answer all your questions, processing and transferring your medical records, get you an estimate for your total procedures/services, help with the visa , book your air travel and coordination with destination hospitals and doctors. We will set up your entire trip package/itinerary from start to finish. Please check with your case manager for an optional Transition Care Package for continuity of care.

In the journey phase, we will confirm all your reservations and provide you the detailed itinerary with information about your destination and the whole trip. The host country manager will contact you and receive you at the airport. We will arrange the transportation from airport to the hospital. Also, provide you with a mobile phone to be in touch with the family back home for a nominal fee.

At the hospital, you will be directly checked into your suite and get the rest you needed after the long trip. The next day, after the registration, you will be accompanied to the initial consultation with the surgeon/physician. The attending physician will make the determination in terms of the pre-surgery tests that are needed which includes x-rays, MRI scans etc., as required. Depending on your acceptance, the procedure will be done in couple of days after getting all the test results. You will stay at the hospital during the surgery period and the required number of recovery days.

Depending on your procedure/treatment, if a follow-up or physical therapy is required at the destination, you may required to stay back for physical therapy or you can choose to follow-up with your primary care physician/physical therapist back home. At this time you will have the option of spend few more days visiting resorts, beaches or spa treatments part of medical tourism. Once it is time for you to come back, we will arrange transfer of all your records back to your primary care physician/physical therapist for the follow-up. Your host destination manager will send you off at the destination airport, we will follow up on your treatment and medical records transfer and coordination of destination hospitals/doctors to your current primary care physician or therapist.
