Global Med Network receives information about our client’s or from client’s physician and deliver that to our network destination hospitals. Our network hospitals also consider the medical information very confidential and will not disclose to any third private party.

Global Med Network intends to protect our client's privacy to the fullest extent possible as described herein while also fulfilling its responsibility to uphold all applicable laws and regulations. Due to potential legal requirements and other possible circumstances, Global Med Network cannot ensure that all client information will never be disclosed or accessed in ways not otherwise described herein. Global Med Network may be compelled under law to disclose information to government or third parties under certain circumstances or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Global Med Network may transfer client information to the purchaser of Global Med Network business, or to an affiliated company, but only so long as such party agrees to maintain the privacy of client information in a manner that is substantially similar to this.
