Dr. Sharma, the physician who performed the procedure on my knee, was excellent in both his bedside manner and in his performance of the operation itself. Renny Jones, the patient coordinator took care of every detail from picking me up at the airport, helping through the check in procedure, making sure I had the names and numbers of the people I could turn to for assistance if need be, to the handling of the details of getting to a hotel and to the airport after the operation. The nursing staff was the most pleasant I have ever encountered, making what is normally an ordeal, into a pleasant stay. You remained in contact during the stay to ensure that no detail had been overlooked and that everything was handled according to our agreement. At every step of the way I had the people necessary to be confident in the outcome.

In brief, I would say that the services arranged through Global Med Network exceeded your promises and the final costs were less than what you quoted me and far less than this procedure would have cost here in Ohio: a pleasant surprise in a world where so often results do not match expectations."

Mr. Mallikarjuna was exceptionally helpful in every way possible. Any concern about the surgery , the facilities, shopping, travel arrangements, was immediately addressed, night or day, by Mallik's thoughtful intervention.. 
 
My surgeon, Dr. Bhatia, was so competent that my every concern evaporated. Also, friends who had sinus polyps surgery in the U.S went on at great length about how horrible the surgery was. One friend, who had lost an arm as a boy in an accident , refused the surgery the second time as it was so painful. 
 
Also, well intentioned friends & relatives were concerned for my going overseas for medical care, eight hours after the surgery , I was fine. And the surgery and recovery was no more painful than a cold. I was, and am , astounded. With perfectly modern facilities and staff that truly made me feel like a guest in their homes , I would unreservadly recommend Wockhardt to anyone.
